 Emotional Intelligence

Today we talked extensively about the idea of emotional intelligence. I didn't really thought it was relevant to me in any shape or form, but after talking about it and doing a little bit of research, it changed my mind.

In a small region like Darwin, everyone knows everybody, therefore, its imperative that we show the best version of ourselves in any situation, good or bad. It also means that we are able to identify boundaries and respect them when talking to other people. As we never know, where our relationship with this person will go in the future.

To conclude, behave, you never know how anybody will talk about you to another person, and if this other person would be your future employer.
