  Waterfall Method Through my research, I've learned that the waterfall method refers to a management style involving the almost compulsory need to complete many rigid steps to reach a established and predetermined end-goal. The entire idea of the waterfall method is to have a straight idea on the flow of work needed to be done, including the deliverables and expectations of each phase. Some of the benefits of choosing this style of management, is the ability to create a timeline that can easily predict the work that will be done on each phase, additionally, having clear results done for each prior phase will make work for future phases a lot easier. However, some of the negatives include the inability to adapt due to the fixed timeline, and for the same reason, the limited amount of customer feedback we can take.
